How checking availability works

The fastest way to find out if we can take your move is to call (647) 540-1453 — we’re open 24 hours. When you call, we’ll ask for:

• Your preferred date and time window (today, tomorrow, or the closest alternative)
• Pickup address or city, and drop-off address or city
• Home size (studio, 1–4+ bedrooms, or office/commercial)
• Building details: stairs, elevator (and whether it’s booked), long carries, parking or loading-dock access
• Heavy or special items — pianos, safes, or anything over 200 lbs

If a crew and truck are available for your window, we’ll confirm your quote and booking on the spot. If your exact window isn’t available, we’ll tell you the closest time we can offer.

Prefer not to call? Send the same details through our quote form or get a rough figure first with the moving cost estimator. For urgent moves, a call is answered faster than a form.

What can affect availability

• Crew scheduling — crews already booked that day can’t be in two places at once
• Truck availability — the right truck has to be free for your window
• Size and distance of the move — a studio across town and a 4-bedroom house are different commitments
• Building rules — elevator bookings and condo move-out windows can fix your timing

What to have ready when you call

• Both addresses (or at least both cities) and your preferred time window
• Your elevator reservation time, if your building requires one
• A quick list of anything heavy, fragile, or unusual
• Keys/access details for both locations, if you have them

What an urgent move costs

Urgent bookings use our standard rates — there’s no separate “emergency” price list:

• 2 movers: $130/hr · 3 movers: $190/hr (3-hour minimum; billed in 30-minute increments after the minimum)
• Truck fee: flat $160 (may vary depending on distance and service location)
• HST (13%) is added to the total

Where we offer same-day and next-day moves

Toronto — including Scarborough, North York, and Etobicoke — and across the GTA, wherever our crews are scheduled that day. Availability is confirmed per booking, per area, when you call. (Long-distance moves are within Canada only; we do not offer cross-border/US moves.)
